With a spacious gourmet kitchen with island, flexible dining space, and generous great room, The Atticus is designed for entertaining and togetherness. Rear porches and a patio facilitate outdoor living when the weather is nice and allows continued use in cooler months with an outdoor fireplace. The thoughtful master suite comfortably accommodates two, with dual sinks and a divided closet.

This modern cottage mixes Craftsman elements for a warm and welcoming facade. A front-entry garage and narrow width makes this plan a versatile choice for countless lot sizes. Windows frame the fireplace and a vaulted ceiling adds vertical space while a clerestory window brings in even more light and double doors open to a rear porch.
