The Flynn family is building The Mitchell house plan 1413-D. They are constructing their dream home with some modifications to fit their needs. With an expanded bonus room, they are estimating 9469 sq ft under roof! They plan to finish the basement and main floor now, and leave the bonus room for future expansion when it’s needed. The Smith family is currently building The Braxton Plan 1343. In this rendering-to-reality story, we will follow the entire building process – from foundation to move-in ready!
This two-story Craftsman home welcomes with a stunning curved staircase in the foyer, opposite a study/bedroom. The great room, kitchen, and dining room are open and surrounded by windows for rear and side views. The master suite includes a bayed sitting area, two walk-in closets, a linen closet, and a spacious bathroom. The upstairs is open to below, with two bedrooms sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom and an oversized bonus room.

Don’t be fooled, The Paxton is an optimal family home with abundant square footage in a narrow footprint.
