The Hunter Creek Home Plan 1326 is under construction in Wilmington, NC!

Addis Construction is currently building The Hunter Creek home plan for the Carter family at Waterberry Plantation in Wilmington, NC. This is the third Donald Gardner home plan that the Carters have built and they plan for it to be their forever home. The homeowner states, “it is important to love the space where you live.  Hopefully, this will be our retirement home, so we are pouring a great deal of thought into every material”. They are working with real estate agency, Buy Coastal Real Estate. In this Rendering-to-Reality story, we will follow the construction process from breaking ground to move in ready! Coleraine House Plan – Rendering to Reality

The Coleraine house plan 1335 is complete in New Bern, NC!

This traditional charmer house plan welcomes with its country porch and prominent gables with decorative brackets. A cathedral ceiling spans the open great and dining rooms of this house plan, with bar seating facing the roomy kitchen.
