I am thinking about adding plumbing for a future bathroom and some shed dormers in the bonus room, and I have several questions about the bonus room. What is the height of the knee wall in the bonus room? What is the height of the bonus room at the point of the dotted line in the basic floor plan? And are you measuring 13’10” from dotted line to dotted line or the floor edge? If to the whole floor edge, how wide is the floor from dotted line to dotted line? If 13’10” is from dotted line to dotted line, how why is the whole floor?

Also, what is the width of the closet under the stairs?
    Thank you!

Hi Kim, I apologize for the delayed response! The bonus room knee wall is 5’1″. The standard ceiling height in the bonus room is 8′. The width of the bonus room is 13’10” from interior wall to interior wall. The width between the dotted lines is 7’9″. The closet under the stairs is 3’4″ x 2’10” with a clipped ceiling at 8’3″. In the tour house pictures, were there any modifications made to the plan? For example size of kitchen? Or was the plans build as is?

    1. Can this house plan 1335 include a walk out daylight basement?
    2. Can a small door be added between the Utility Room and Walk in closets, also remove partition in walk in closet?
    Thanks
