Unique, Craftsman exterior
Arched garage doors and a metal accent roof are just two of the thoughtful exterior details that lend curb appeal to the Silvergate. The angled courtyard garage is inviting, while a mix of shingle siding and stone add texture and curb appeal.
The details continue inside
The main level includes a great room and bedroom/study with coffered ceiling details along with an open kitchen and dining room arrangement that simplifies entertaining. The master bedroom features twin walk-in closets and a bay window that serves as a peaceful sitting area. Outdoor living space is abundant, with a screen porch off the dining room and an oversized, skylit covered porch on the rear.
Lower level living
Downstairs is a cozy rec room and two more bedrooms, one with a private bath. A covered porch leads to a patio that is perfect for a pool or lakefront setting. The unfinished mechanical/storage area can easily be converted to a home theater, exercise area, or for any purpose you desire.
Spacious bonus room
Dormers and skylights brighten the bonus room over the garage, which provides an additional 509 square feet of flexible space not counted in the total living space of this plan.

Conceptual Design #1362 features a whimsical, European-style exterior with cupolas, curves, and an eyebrow dormer over the side-entry garage.
