An oversized project studio/utility room is located near the center of this design for convenient access from all four bedrooms, and the nearby open kitchen includes counter seating facing the octagonal dining room. The e-space/command center is a great workspace for homework or use as a small home office, and a massive walk-in pantry provides extra storage. The vaulted screen porch with fireplace is a great place to relax or entertain with its summer kitchen and fantastic views.

Clipped gables, box bay windows, and a shed dormer give dimension to this efficient cottage design. Stone and stucco create Old World curb appeal. Inside, the kitchen is open to the great room, breakfast nook, and dining room, with a mud room and powder room tucked away behind the garage out of sight. Decorative ceilings are found throughout, with curved walls of windows echoed in the breakfast room and master bedroom.
