Tingen Construction Company has started construction on one of our Conceptual Plans, Design 1567. In this Rendering-to-Reality story, we will follow the entire building process of this house design – from ground breaking to move-in ready!
Conceptual Design 1567 is an enlarged and modified version of The Larkspur house plan 715. The master bathroom has an enlarged walk-in shower and a third bay has been added to the garage. The kitchen has been updated and has a pantry nearby while a large screened porch has been added. This design has a second floor with a bedroom, full bathroom, and an optional bonus room.
A stunning center dormer with Palladian-style window, a cozy, gabled front porch, and a delightful bay window complement the charming facade of this home plan. The Prynwood features the flexibility of a formal dining room as well as a casual breakfast area, both with bay windows, separated by an efficient kitchen. A pass-thru from the kitchen to the vaulted great room with fireplace and built-in bookshelves makes entertaining easy. Located on the first floor, the master suite enjoys a tray ceiling, back porch access, ample closet space, and a private bath. The two upstairs bedrooms are divided by a balcony that overlooks both the foyer and the great room.
Graceful arches contrast with high gables for a stunning exterior on this Craftsman house plan. Windows with decorative transoms and several French doors flood the open floor plan with natural light. Tray ceilings in the dining room and master bedroom as well as cathedral ceilings in the bedroom/study, great room, kitchen and breakfast area create architectural interest, along with visual space in this house plan.
