The kitchen has been updated and has a pantry nearby while a large screened porch has been added. This design has a second floor with a bedroom, full bathroom, and an optional bonus room.
This cozy cottage small house plan features a vertical and horizontal siding exterior accented by stone and metal roofing. Inside, the floor plan is bright and open with skylights in the kitchen and a hallway sun-tunnel. The gourmet kitchen is made for entertaining with a large island and bar sink while a pantry is just steps away for convenient storage. A rear porch takes living outdoors and receives natural light overhead from two skylights. A split-bedroom design offers privacy to each bedroom and the master bedroom is a treat with a French door entry, spa-quality walk-in shower and expansive walk-in closet.
