One Perfect Exterior, Several Layouts to Choose From
Our Silvergate Plan has been a favorite choice among our angled home designs with it’s elegant Craftsman exterior…
But with its hillside walkout basement, it won’t suite every lot. So we have created a variety of unique floor plans with this same dreamy exterior so there is something for everyone!

Picture this as a two story home! The Bantry Plan #1336 features an angled floor plan which allows it to take advantage of rear views. The dining room, master bedroom, and screened porch are bayed, adding architectural interest, and the rear porch is topped with a cathedral ceiling and skylights. The spacious kitchen is right by the screened porch with summer kitchen, making outdoor entertaining easy. A pantry, coat closet, and utility room lead the way to the garage, while additional bedrooms and a bonus room complete the second floor.
Picture this as a one story cottage! The Rowan Plan #1366 is the perfect retirement or vacation home, with two bedrooms and an open layout for easy living. The great room, kitchen, and dining room flow into one another, with a relaxing sun room positioned to take in views all around. The full master suite includes a tray ceiling, walk-in closets, and a roomy bath with barrel vaulted ceiling. An oversized bonus room with full bathroom awaits guests. Special details include a bedroom/study with window seat, e-space in the kitchen, spacious utility room, and garage storage.

Prefer a hillside walkout, but want to make room for a home elevator? Design In Progress #1332 has it taken care of! This European design has an angled floor plan living space on the lower level. A residential elevator has been added without reducing the overall square footage, and the rec room, dining room, and screen porch have been expanded. The layout makes this a perfect home to age-in-place.
Our in-house modifications are available for every plan in our collection, so if you love this exterior style, choose the layout that suits your needs, and then have custom changes made as desired!

More information about Design #1402
Design in Progress #1402 incorporates the split bedroom layout and several functional features of the Peyton Plan #1289 into a Country Craftsman exterior. A gabled roof line with cedar shake and stone detail creates a warm and inviting exterior. Double columns and a gentle arch usher you into this welcoming home.
An oversized project studio/utility room is located near the center of this design for convenient access from all four bedrooms, and the nearby open kitchen includes counter seating facing the octagonal dining room. The e-space/command center is a great workspace for homework or use as a small home office, and a massive walk-in pantry provides extra storage. The vaulted screen porch with fireplace is a great place to relax or entertain with its summer kitchen and fantastic views.
