The Drayton Hall Plan 1238 is under construction in Duncan, SC!
Builder Tim Snow of Avery Construction has completed The Drayton Hall plan 1238! See exterior and interior photography below!
The Drayton Hall plan features unmatched curb appeal with a wide stone entry, courtyard and fountain. The dramatic stone arch, front courtyard and Old World style mixed materials create a lasting first impression. No detail has been overlooked in this spacious two story European style home.
The large island provides working space for multiple chefs. A butler’s pantry connects the kitchen to the dining room and creates a space to stash dirty dishes or extra wine and linens. A large, open e-space connects the breakfast and kitchen space to the family room. Built-ins and a decorative ceiling make this room comfortable but luxurious. A lavish master suite on the main floor and a spacious, secluded guest suite upstairs create flexibility. Custom-styled details including a laundry chute, built-in cabinetry, niches and elegant ceiling treatments.

About The Builder:
With award winning Avery Construction, seeing is believing. Dynamic owner Tim Snow is a one man show who loves what he does and from the amount of recognition he has received, he does it very well. Like most successful contractors, Tim is keen for quality, but it’s his passion for giving clients added value in extraordinary design and detailed features that make an Avery Construction home distinctive. Tim has been translating that bold aesthetic to select portions of Spartanburg, Greenville and Cherokee county since 2003. Sixty percent of his work is custom construction on large golf course communities and privately owned home sites. The other 40 percent of his homes are built in two Avery Construction exclusive communities, Beacon Hill and Newman Estates.
