House Plan on the Drawing Board – Plan #1333

Conceptual Plan- 1333

Front Elevation - Conceptual Design #1333
Here’s another conceptual plan! Please take a few minutes to give us your feedback!

Conceptual Plan 1333 derives from the Vandenberg plan #746-D, and is a versatile hillside walkout floor plan that transitions well into an empty-nester home. The addition of a residential elevator provides ease of access to the lower level, where secondary bedrooms with patio access are perfect guest suites. A mechanical area and extra storage have been added downstairs, and a spa patio provides luxury. At just under 3000 square feet, this Craftsman design is an idyllic retirement home plan.
