House plan 6004 is an executive design with an elegant European-inspired exterior. A hip roof is adorned with multiple gables and cupolas. The exterior is a mix of stone and cedar shakes and metal roof accents enhance curb-appeal. Tapered columns frame the front porch and double-doors create a grand entry.

The foyer welcomes guest with a spacious vestibule with a coat closet and powder room. The great room is luxurious with a coffered ceiling, a fireplace flanked with built-in shelves, and a wet bar, while sliding doors lead to a covered terrace. An island creates a focal point in the kitchen and overlooks a spacious dining room with a tray ceiling and bay window. The garage offers ample storage and a golf cart bay and enters the home through a mud room with a drop zone for coats, bags, and shoes. An oversized utility room provides built-in cabinetry, abundant counter space, and a laundry sink. Meanwhile, a large walk-in pantry is just steps away. The primary master bedroom features a step-tray ceiling and opens to an opulent covered terrace with a dramatic tray ceiling and a fireplace. Dual walk-in closets lead to a stunning master bathroom with a double sink vanity, freestanding bathtub, and a walk-in shower. The second master suite offers access to a relaxing porch and a private full bathroom.

The second floor opens to a study nook/alcove. Three bedrooms each have a walk-in closet and share two bathrooms, one being a Jack-and-Jill. Sliding barn doors open to an optional media room with a wet bar. Hall closets provide storage and an optional bonus room with a walk-in closet is available.

Love this floor plan! Thank you for all your drawings and floor plans you give us. On this particular plan, I would like to see the upstairs rooms be a bit larger. A couple of my pet peeves about today's homes and floor plans are way too small kitchens and way too small bedrooms. Thank you for allowing us to provide feedback! Craig

Love this plan and the elevations. Also, like having more of a second master suite on first floor for in-laws. Would like to see garage set a little farther back and not sticking out some much in front of porch. Agreed with half bath towards back of house for better access if had a pool. Love your plans!

Beautiful... but elevation looks too expensive. Would move the 2nd master bath to the back of the house to also be used for backyard / pool bathroom / guest bathroom... and eliminate current powder room. Upstairs I'd rather see 2 bigger bedrooms with private baths as opposed to 3 smaller bedrooms and one having no bath.

Absolutely LOVE this plan! Elevations are too busy and look expensive. Would love to see a simple clean "farm-ie" version as an elevation option. BRAVO!

Would rather the 1/2 bath on main level be at the back and accessible from the outside too... like a pool bath. Also, would rather have a 'bonus room' to use for movie viewing or other use on upper level, instead of a bedroom without an attached bath. But overall, I like much about the plan.
