This modest one-story design has a siding and cedar shake exterior and a welcoming front porch. The island kitchen enjoys a trio of skylights and a cathedral ceiling that runs into the great room. Double doors open to a rear deck and a single dining room is available for casual or formal meals. A closet and built-in storage are just inside the garage entry, along with the utility room and pantry. The master suite is private with two walk-in closets and a thoughtful bathroom. Two additional bedrooms share a bathroom on the first floor and an optional bonus room and bathroom are upstairs.

Conceptual Design 1547 is an updated version of The High Pointe house plan 713. Cedar shakes complement the siding exterior and shutters frame the windows. A front entry garage works well on a narrower lot and the front porch is spacious and welcoming.

The foyer entry offers a coat closet and the single dining area is defined by columns and a tray ceiling. A cathedral ceiling runs from the great room into the kitchen. The great room enjoys a fireplace, built-in shelves and double doors that open to a rear deck. An island provides additional work space in the kitchen and a pantry is nearby.
The master suite is positioned for privacy and features a tray ceiling and dual walk-in closets. A dual sink vanity and luxury walk-in shower highlight the master bathroom. Two additional bedrooms are on the opposite side of the floor plan and share a bathroom and a linen closet.
A storage closet can be found in the garage and the utility room is just inside, along with a seat with built-in storage. A staircase leads to the optional bonus room and full bathroom above.
