The front porch opens to a foyer with a coat closet for guests. The great room is topped with a coffered ceiling and built-in shelves flank the fireplace. Double doors exit to a rear porch with skylights. The kitchen centers around an island and a large walk-in pantry is nearby. The single dining room is flooded with natural light from large windows and features a tray ceiling.

A true retreat, the master suite offers every luxury, starting with a massive bedroom with a dramatic tray ceiling. Dual walk-in closets lead the way to an expansive master bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, walk-in shower, dual-sink vanity and a linen closet. Two additional bedrooms each have a walk-in closet and share a full bathroom with a double-sink vanity and a skylight above the bathtub.

The side-entry garage offers storage space and upon entering the home, find a seat with built-in storage and a utility room with a laundry sink. A staircase leads to the optional bonus room and a full bathroom.

Is there any way to move the garage so that it can have a larger porch? My deal breaker is I want a porch big enough for a table and chairs. Also, I think it would be cool if you could move fridge down a little and make the pantry on of the hidden walk in cabinet pantries

I love this plan! I had been looking at the tucker which is really close, but I really wanted the door to be more center and a decent size porch. This one is basically the same layout but better!

We release these conceptual plans to get feedback from customers and see if there is enough interest to add them to our design schedule.
