Conceptual Design 1533 is an updated version of The Georgetown house plan 393. The exterior is modernized with a mix of siding and board-and-batten. Shutters frame the windows and columns line the welcoming front porch.
Inside the foyer, find a coat closet for guests and an adjoining dining room topped with a dramatic tray ceiling. The great room features a cathedral ceiling that continues out to the screened porch. Skylights sit above the breakfast nook and the island kitchen enjoys an adjacent butler’s pantry/coffee bar and a walk-in storage pantry.
French doors create a grand entry to the master suite and a cathedral ceiling and clerestory window enhance the luxurious feel. The master bathroom offers a dual-sink vanity, freestanding bathtub, and a walk-in shower. A pocket door leads to a massive walk-in closet with ample space for couples. Two additional bedrooms are available and share a full bathroom with a double-sink vanity.
The garage has two storage closets and enters the home through a vestibule with a closet and an adjoining utility room. A bonus room is upstairs and makes an ideal guest suite with a walk-in closet and a full bathroom.
