Love this plan but with a basement instead of a 2nd floor- how close to completion is the plan, I see this goes back to 2018?….

Beautiful plan! Looking forward to seeing the finished home! I’ve been searching for years for the perfect plan for our family and this one finally checks all of the boxes! Thanks for a beautiful, livable design.

GREAT PLAN! Has almost everything on my wish list. Could bottom floor be made ADA accessible with 36″ doors, and 42″ door from garage would make it truly accessible. Is there enough room in kitchen for 42″ inch fridge and double oven? We plan to build in next few months and this could be the perfect plan.

I love this plan. Any chance of it going from conceptual to actual?! I wonder how it would look with traditional siding versus the board and batten?
