House Plan 1512 | Compact One-Story

The Gleason home plan 1512 is now available!

A simple Craftsman exterior gains curb-appeal from board-and-batten accents and decorative gable brackets. An efficient foyer with coat closet seamlessly flows into the dining room and great room. Sun tunnels are thoughtfully placed to filter natural light into windowless spaces and skylights brighten the kitchen and screened porch. The master suite lives large with an opulent bathroom and a walk-in closet and the secondary bedrooms are generously sized.

The floor plan makes the most of its square footage with a foyer that opens directly to the great room. A coat closet is available for guests and the great room enjoys a cathedral ceiling, with decorative beams, that continues to a rear screened porch. The u-shaped kitchen has a window above the sink, abundant counter space, and an island with prep-sink. The dining room is open and equally suited for casual dining or hosting dinner guests. The garage entry passes though the utility room and a drop zone with a closet, built-in seat and lockers offers a spot to drop coats, bags and shoes.

Double doors create a grand entry to the master suite and a cathedral ceiling tops the space. The master bathroom enjoys separate vanities, a freestanding bathtub, and a walk-in shower. Two additional bedrooms are to the opposite side of the floor plan and they share a hall linen closet and a bathroom with a double sink vanity. An optional bonus room upstairs provides additional square footage for a recreation room, guest suite or future expansion.
