Conceptual house plan 1484 offers two exterior elevations options. Option A is Craftsman style with a mix of siding and cedar shakes. Option B is modern with a mix of vertical and horizontal siding. Each elevation features a metal accent roof and front porch. This home fits perfectly on a narrow lot with a front entry garage design and a narrow width of 50′.

The foyer entry offers a bench seat and coat closet. The great room features an 11′ ceiling, a fireplace, and built-in shelves. Designed for entertaining, the gourmet kitchen enjoys an island with bar seating, access to a spacious walk-in pantry, and is open to a large dining room. Continue outdoors with a rear porch and patio.

The master suite is stunning with a dramatic tray ceiling. Dual walk-in closets lead to an opulent master bathroom with a double sink vanity, soaking bathtub, and walk-in shower. A second bedroom on the first floor could also function as an office and has a walk-in closet and full bathroom.

The two car garage features additional storage and just inside is a massive utility room and powder bath.

I prefer the board & batten exterior with a second texture being brick or stone. The floor plan looks good, I would question the master bedroom door & privacy from the main living area possibly an alcove at the entry to the master bedroom?
1 issue we come across quite often is egress from a bonus room. Keep in mind that we must have a window opening that meets code requirements for these areas.
2 issue is that many of our customers are using the french door style refrigerators today and many of your plans have the refrigerator in an alcove or up against a side wall. The wall will work if it’s 30″ anything over that will prevent the door from functioning properly or if the alcove is 90 degree from an additional counter top same issue, modifications need to be made to framing to alleviate these issues. Would be easier if the plans reflected an appropriate layout as this can be missed at times if not caught. ( Speaking from experience)

I was concerned about some of the spaces such as entry to pantry, hallway and so forth. Upon further examination, there’s so much room in the plan, some of my changes would not move the needle much.
I like the plan but the front elevation didn’t really grab me. Perhaps claddings and colour would change that quickly.
