I am confused. The plan and the pictures of the great room, kitchen, and dining area do not seem to match. The pictures show one open space but the plan shows separate rooms. I love the open space in the pictures but cannot seem to find that concept on any of your plans. Any help is appreciated!

      Hi Mary,

The homeowners made modifications to open the space up. They moved the kitchen to the opposite wall and incorporated the breakfast room into the screen porch, among other changes. The Austin Plan was created after this home was in progress, and is somewhat closer to what the final photographed home turned out to be. Here’s a link:

Do you have access to the modified floor plan as pictured? Are you able to share that? I’d like to know the square footage.

Hi Alethea, This customer made all modifications locally and just provided the photos to us. I’m afraid we do not have any details on the final square footage. But we have a designer that can help with modifications if you would like to try to match some of the changes that were made. Contact us for more information – 1-800-388-7580 or [email protected].
