I love this plan, but would like the living room & secondary bedrms. to be bigger. Do you have a similar plan with more sq. footage? Closer to 1800?

Are there two different plans, 1630 sq ft and 1550 sq ft? Also, can the great room be altered from cathedral to vaulted ceiling?
    Great plan!

I LOVE a lot of DG plans, but… I would really like to see a few plans that do not place the dining room at the front door. This design has gotten very repetitive and I would love to see something more creative and not so “ordinary.” It seems like most plans either have the dining room at the front door or in a wide open living area. ..
I probably need a custom build?

Like the plan; looks like master bath could easily be made handicapped accessible. Like the formal dining space. I would want a walk-out basement option since I live in PA, where it is hilly & the frost line is 3-4 ft down. Triple window in the bonus room dormer is fantastic. How wide are the doorways? Could the whole 1sr floor be HA? Is the front porch at least 8′ wide? l would want to have a conversation-conductive furniture grouping on the front porch.

Love the plan! Would like to see a tub in addition to the wonderful shower in the master. Also, the entry to the master would be great if you entered into a small hall allowing you to either go to the right to the master bedroom or to the left to enter closets and master bath. We currently have the setup thats on this plan, extremely frustrating having to go through master bedroom to get to the closets and bath. Additionally , would like to see the laundry close to the master. Where would the stairs leading to a basement be situated?

Unbelievable use of 1500 ft,perfect for an empty nester yet still has room for kids and guests! Can a breakfast area be added to the rear of the kitchen ,if so I’ll buy it ASAP! I really didn’t want to go much over 1500 ft and this plan is perfect!
