Here’s a closer look at our newest conceptual design! Leave your feedback on this Craftsman plan in the comments!
Conceptual Design #1409 is a new take on the Sagecrest Plan #1226 with the same richly detailed Craftsman exterior. The vaulted great room features a unique library alcove with built-in shelving, perfect for a homework station or reading nook. The island kitchen is completely open to the great room and dining room, with plenty of counter seating, a walk-in pantry, and nearby e-space. The family studio provides functional space for household projects, and is a step away from the kitchen, front porch, bonus room, and two-car garage with dual storage areas. This split bedroom design has two bedrooms with walk-in closets and private baths just off the kitchen, and a bedroom/study and master suite across the home. The master bedroom takes in rear views through a bayed wall of windows, and accesses the covered porch. His-and-hers walk-in closets and a bath with walk-in shower, separate vanities, and linen storage complete the suite.

Conceptual Design #1361 has a Charleston style exterior with two levels of porches lined with columns. This design is narrow with a rear-entry garage on the basement level, ideal for Traditional Neighborhood Developments.
The two-story great room is open to the curved balcony above, and is set apart from the dining room by a trio of columns and built-in shelves framing the dining room window. The kitchen is surrounded by casual living spaces: An intimate keeping room with a fireplace, window seats, and cathedral ceiling, and a breakfast room with open e-space. A home elevator runs between the main floor and the lower level, making it a breeze to carry in groceries. The master bedroom has dual walk-in closets and a private porch/balcony at the rear of the home.
