Conceptual design 1490 is a transitional home plan with traditional comforts. Symmetrical gables meet a mixed siding of board-and-batten, vertical siding, painted brick veneer, and a stone foundation surround. The front porch is welcoming for guests while the garage is located at the rear. Enjoy a wider space to access the garage with a courtyard entry.

The Advantages of Using Brick or Stone Siding

Choosing brick or stone siding for your new dream home!

If you are making the choice to build your home rather than buy an existing home on the market, you will have more control over what products and finishes go into the design. The siding that you choose will have a major impact on the overall appearance and style of your home. When you build, you can opt for traditional siding options, or choose something that gives your home additional durability and character. At Donald A. Gardner Architects, we have large selection of homes with brick or stone exterior options that can meet your needs and preferences.

The Harrison Plan 1375

The Topeka was recently constructed in Pawleys Island, SC. The homeowners captured photos of the entire process, from Rendering to Reality!

We love watching our designs transform from blueprints to a place to call home. The Hyman family recently completed that process with their builder Will Rabon of Rabon Construction and shared their building experience with us. Follow along from ground-breaking to move-in ready!
