The Drayton Hall is being built outside of Chattanooga, TN as the 2014 St. Jude Dream Home. G. T. Issa Construction has been building custom homes in the area for over 20 years, and is now adding the final details to this fabulous home.

The St. Jude Dream Home is on lot #25 in the Canyons at Falling Water Subdivision, located on the Northside of Chattanooga, TN in Hixson.

Twin gables, sidelights, and an arched entryway accent the façade of this two-story home, while decorative ceiling treatments, bay windows, and French doors adorn the interior. The sister plan to the Peppermill, this design has even more square footage and additional features. Columns and clipped corners create a unique formal dining room, while a buffet niche makes entertaining simple. A powder room serves the great room and the cozy living room/study, and the master suite is oversized and topped with a tray ceiling.
