The Jasper Hill is a mountain home design filled with fabulous details!
5 beds, 5.5 baths, 3920 sq. ft.
A mixture of stone and stucco lends an earthy feel that allows the home to blend with the surrounding landscape. A series of bay windows on the rear of the home maximizes views from every room.
The main level begins with the grand foyer that overlooks an open staircase and out into the sprawling great room, where a towering hearth and custom ceiling design draw the eye upward. The breathtaking dining room is completely open to a huge gourmet kitchen, and leads to both screened and covered rear porches to enjoy mountain views.
Truly luxurious, the master suite includes two massive closets with exterior windows and a spectacular octagonal bath. A bedroom/study shares the private wing, while a bonus suite over the garage has closets and a full bathroom.
Elegant living spaces continue on the lower level, where a sizable rec room enjoys abundant windows, a fireplace, wet bar, and wine cellar tucked away by the stairs. Three large bedrooms, two with patio access, and three full bathrooms provide space for guests or family.

Command centers and built-in desk areas are ideal for a multitude of tasks
Built-in e-space in the kitchen of the Newcastle Plan #994
Stay organized with a dedicated workspace
Busy families need a home plan that not only emphasizes their personal style, but is also convenient and functional. More and more activities in the home are centered around the kitchen, and Don Gardner Architects has created the e-space to offer even greater functionality in the area where family members congregate. An e-spaces are like the command centers of the home, and function as an accessible place for the family computer — perfect for looking up recipes, paying bills, doing homework or supervising younger users. E-spaces also serve as a place to charge cell phones, MP3 players and other electronic gadgets.
A larger e-space, like the one in the Drayton Hall Plan, is well suited to be a small home office or homework area. It’s open to the living areas, allowing conversation flow and a pleasant atmosphere.
Small corner office
The large, semi-private e-space in the Fincannon Plan is almost a full home office. It’s still open, but is set back from the living areas for a quieter place to focus. Cabinets and built-in L-shaped desk mean tons of storage and room to work.
If you do a lot of work from home, or prefer a workspace where you can shut out the busy world around you, a home design with a study or home office may be the best fit. The Laurelwood Plan has a study right off the foyer that welcomes you with French doors, a stately coffered ceiling, and a bay window. Many of our home plans include a bedroom/study, to use whichever way is ideal for your household.

Unique, Craftsman exterior
Arched garage doors and a metal accent roof are just two of the thoughtful exterior details that lend curb appeal to the Silvergate. The angled courtyard garage is inviting, while a mix of shingle siding and stone add texture and curb appeal.
The details continue inside
The main level includes a great room and bedroom/study with coffered ceiling details along with an open kitchen and dining room arrangement that simplifies entertaining. The master bedroom features twin walk-in closets and a bay window that serves as a peaceful sitting area. Outdoor living space is abundant, with a screen porch off the dining room and an oversized, skylit covered porch on the rear.
Lower level living
Downstairs is a cozy rec room and two more bedrooms, one with a private bath. A covered porch leads to a patio that is perfect for a pool or lakefront setting. The unfinished mechanical/storage area can easily be converted to a home theater, exercise area, or for any purpose you desire.
Spacious bonus room
Dormers and skylights brighten the bonus room over the garage, which provides an additional 509 square feet of flexible space not counted in the total living space of this plan.
