The Sterling - Plan #1073

Front exterior

Home Design Quick Facts:

  • Single dining space, open to the kitchen.
  • Bonus room offers flexible space.
  • Special ceiling details add volume throughout.

Curb appeal for any neighborhood

This Traditional showcases two stately columns which lead to the front door. Shutters and arches with keystones frame half-circle transoms, while low-maintenance siding and the front-entry garage add convenience. Perfect for narrow lots, The Sterling is an ideal starter home or retirement home.

Attention to detail

The foyer’s tray ceiling creates an elegant entrance, which leads to the flexible study/bedroom, a secondary bedroom and the great room. Counter seating surrounds the efficient kitchen and keeps the living areas open. Closet and storage space fills every nook: under the bonus room stairs, in the utility room and near every bedroom. The garage enters the home near the kitchen, making unloading groceries a breeze. A fireplace, cathedral ceiling, clerestory window, and French doors highlight the great room.

Relaxing retreat

Located in the quiet zone of the house, the master bedroom is designed to pamper. The cathedral ceiling and Palladian window create a bright, open space to relax in and enjoy. A French door grants outside access, while two walk-in closets and a private master bath complete the suite.
