Conceptual home plan 1442 is an update to The Trotterville 984. The charming exterior remains, with a center gable accented with a sloping roof-line, a front facing dormer, and a column lined, wrap-around front porch.
A prominent shed dormer accentuates the entry to this cottage home. The column-lined foyer with double coat closets leads to the great room and dining room, and the spacious kitchen is steps away with a pantry and flexible e-space.
