Original: The Bosworth Plan #1328
A mix of cedar shakes and stone paired with a gabled roofline and metal accents, the original rendering is a picture-perfect Craftsman charmer.
Modified: The Carmel Bay by Kent Homes, Inc.
A blend of stone and stucco give a European-inspired feel to this exterior, along with a hipped roof, clipped gables, and a dramatic sweeping gable.
This 3 bedroom floor plan features a single dining space facing rear views, open living spaces, volume ceilings, and walk-in closets for each bedroom.
