    Hi!
    I love this plan!

Do you have any real-life photos of this home? It would be so nice to see interior photos as well.
    Thank-you!

      Hi Loni,
The Ambroise 1373 is a newer plan in our portfolio and unfortunately, we have not received any completed photos of the home at this time. If any come in, we will be sure to share them on our website.

Love this plan !! Could you tell me the size of the closets as we are considering whether to modify them based on their size, also the length of the wall in the dining area.

Hi,love your house plans designs are spectacular. Would anyone happen to know approximately what it would cost to build this home in the greenville sc area? Price per sq ft

Hi Frank! I’m afraid we do not get into cost to build estimates. We are not involved in the building process and this is just not something we can accurately determine. A local builder is going to be your best source. They may be able to give you an estimate based on the square footage. Once the plan is finalized and released, we will offer a materials list and a study set for the design. These resources can be very useful to a builder to be able to come up with a more accurate building estimate. Hi Court, The master bathroom (excluding the toilet room and linen closet) is approximately 14’0″ x 10’10”. So, the vanity space is 2’0″ x 10’10”. The study bath is approx. 7’10” x 5’0″ (vanity 2’4″ x 2’0″) and the 3rd bath is 8’0″ x 5’8″ (vanity 2’0″ x 2’8″).

Which is the third bath?! Are both of the bathrooms on the garage side of the house the same size? They don’t really look like it!

Hi Lori, There is the master bathroom, the bedroom/study bath, and each of the other two bedrooms have a private bath. I’m not sure exactly how the will be labeled on the final drawings. These two bathrooms are arranged differently, so the dimensions will be different. One is designed with a walk-in shower and the other with a bathtub. This can easily be changed based on your preferences.

Loving this plan with one exception. The location of the stairs to the bonus room. I would prefer to enter a mud room for dirty/muddy clothes and it not be next to the stairs.

This plan seems perfect based on the design. How tall would the ceilings in the great room be? Hopefully two story cathedral ceilings! When will this plan be available?

After seeing this plan i want a new house! I have the Zimmerman plan and live it but I wish this one was available 5 years ago because it would be my home now. I really wanted a garage at the angle and plans with these are welcomed for lots with less width like mine. I really want a do over
