Conceptual house plan 1486 features Urban Farmhouse styling with board-and-batten siding and metal roof accents. This plan offers three garage bays in an L-shape layout.

The foyer is open to a statement-making dining room that is framed in columns, topped with a shiplap-wood ceiling, and offers French doors that open to the front porch. The great room enjoys large 4-panel sliding doors that access the rear porch with fireplace. An L-shape kitchen centers around an island with prep-sink.  A study/bedroom is available with a full bathroom. The master bedroom is stunning with a shiplap-wood decorative ceiling, an opulent bathroom, and a spacious walk-in closet.

The garage offers entry to the home through the utility room or through a mud room with a pantry, half bath, and a bench with drop zone for bag, shoes, and coats.

I am completely in love with this plan. The great use of space. The back stair case the number of bedrooms and bonus rooms. Spots for a Christmas tree. I could go on forever. This is really a wonderful that could be used for a mutligenerational family too. Nice job.
