Conceptual Design 1477 is an update of The Pennyhill House Plan 294. The modern exterior is a mix of vertical and horizontal siding. A front facing gable, with metal accent roof, is centered above a welcoming front porch. The two-car garage angles out for easy entry.

The great room features a coffered ceiling, fireplace, built-in shelves and French doors that open to a rear porch. An island centers the kitchen and offers additional seating for casual meals. The dining room enjoys rear view through a bay window.

The master suite is privately angled and features a stunning bathroom with a dual sink vanity, walk-in shower and soaking bathtub. The over-sized closet offers built-in drawers for easy organization. Two additional bedrooms and an option bedroom/study are available, along with two full bathroom.

The garage can be accessed from a rear-entry door and provides two storage closets. A drop zone and closet are available for coats, bags, keys, and shoes and the utility room and pantry are nearby. A small porch is only steps away to access the backyard.

I LOVE IT!! When will it be available? We are looking to build in 2018. Changes I would want
    1- no bath off study
2- 1/2 bath in hall off small backporch. ( for people coming in wet from pool)
3- separate sinks in Master, one with kneespace for vanity.
4- keep it 2500 or less.

I really like this plan, but I would like to see you add a daylight basement option, with stairs and elevator.

    Thanks to you, Henry

I think the elevations are spot on with the market moving towards the modern farm house style, however our latest clients have been asking for a more open floor plans with unobstructed views from front to back in the main living areas much like the layouts in plans # 1427 and #1429. The configuration of the bedrooms in this new plan is also a winner, overall Nice Job!!

I like the layout of this plan a lot. One change though, I’d move the kitchen sink to where the stove is and move the stove next to the oven so the island is free and open.
