Conceptual design 1473 is a four bedroom version of The Oscar house plan 1428. A blend of cedar shakes and stone meets wood accents for a rustic exterior. Arches are present in the garage doors, windows and the porch entry.

The great room is at the center of this design and opens to a large screened porch with cathedral ceiling. The dining room is open to the kitchen and a large island provides additional seating for casual meals. A nearby pantry is convenient for storage. A hallway from the garage accesses the utility room, a full bathroom, and a “drop zone” for dropping bags, coats and shoes. The bathroom features a second door to the bedroom/study. The master suite enjoys two walk-in closets, as well as two vanities in the master bathroom.

Find two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a double sink vanity upstairs. Built-in bookshelves are available for books or collectibles. A bonus storage room provides the ultimate organization and an over-sized bonus room offers space for hobbies or future expansion.

    Hello,
I believe that this plan will be liked by most.
What is so apparent is the redundancy of most plans today.
Different is good. For my taste a windowed sink in the kitchen
is always good and adding a wide window is even better!
I would like to see beams added if it is possible.
Large garages are always good. Storage is a must!
    Thank you,
