A front entry garage and a width of only 40 feet, make this house plan perfect for a narrow lot. A front facing gable is accented by a metal roof and arched garage doors. The side-courtyard entry with exposed stone chimney is a charming introduction to this Craftsman home plan.

A coffered ceiling in the foyer creates a stunning entry to the first floor. Just inside is a study accessed by french doors. The great room is anchored by a central fireplace and built-in shelves provide plenty of storage on either side. An open dining room gains distinction and style with columns and a tray ceiling. The multi-function kitchen offers ample space for cooking, as well as casual dining at the bar. A walk-in pantry keeps dry goods and small appliances organized and out-of-sight.

The master bedroom enjoys dormer windows on each side to bring in natural light. Dual closets, a private master bathroom, and a reading nook with built-in shelves provide a relaxing retreat for the homeowner. Two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom and a spacious utility room complete the second floor along with a balcony overlooking the great room below.

    Hi Don Gardner
I have a similar design – Master on other end, only 3 beds, and with 3 garage spaces.
My 2 cents – Living and Master at back yard is a bit more desirable for a lake view, mountain view or similar lot with back yard views.

I honestly love this plan. I do have furniture placement questions like: where to put the china hutch, but over all I think this is great
