If you find yourself with a narrow width lot, you may think you have to sacrifice square footage and comfort. Conceptual Design 1441 allows you to have a luxury house plan with a narrow and deep footprint. The stylish exterior features sloping roof lines and arches.  Stone accents complement siding while columns frame the front porch.

The foyer entry offers a coat closet and powder room for guests, as well as additional storage. The expansive great room enjoys a fireplace with built-in shelving and overlooks the spacious dining room with its tray ceiling and columns creating an entryway.  A screened porch, covered porch, and patio helps bring in the  outdoors.

The gourmet kitchen centers around a bar-top island and a walk-in pantry is nearby. A built-in desk is perfect for looking up recipes, doing homework, or sorting mail. The mud-room, with its own access door, keeps messes contained with a closet for hanging coats and dropping bags and the utility room serves multiple functions with a sink, cabinetry, and counter space.

The master suite expands to the rear of the home with an intricate tray ceiling and bayed sitting room. The master bathroom provides every luxury with a soaking bathtub, walk-in shower, dual sink vanity, linen closet, and two walk-in closets. A second bedroom on the first floor functions as a study,  guest suite or kid’s room with its private bathroom and closet.

I guess they missed the “narrow lot” house plan. This is the best house plan I have seen in a long time. Women always want closets and lots of storage…..this house has it all.

Love the floor plan, but I have to agree with Kelli above, I hate the garage sticking out. I like a garage to be inline with the house. Love your floorplans, would love to see a “NEW” smaller cottage around 2100-2300 sq ft. with a smaller footprint. There are alot of people looking to downsize. 🙂

Keep up the beautiful exteriors and a few favorite features of your homes are the “His and Her” closets and the beam or high ceilings as well as the open concept….. Just love them!!

This may be the best floor plan I’ve ever seen for what I want for my family. I’d make a few tweaks though, i.e. the bonus room would be a bunk room, remove the door to the mud room from the exterior, and I’d love to make the doors to the kids rooms secret doors.
