Conceptual Plan – #1325

Front Elevation - Conceptual Design #1325
Here’s another one of our conceptual plans!

Conceptual design #1325 retains the European styled stone and stucco exterior of our design #1234 along with many features from the floor plan. Some updates have reduced the square footage, like combining two dining areas to one and taking small amounts of square footage from the kitchen, master bedroom and great rooms. However, this design lives large with many updates to its storage, including a larger utility room, a larger coat closet at the entry and a large pantry just past the mudroom across from the kitchen. The master bedroom has his-and-hers walk-in closets, the remaining two bedrooms have walk-in closets and the study or additional fourth bedroom has a large closet as well. Finally, some updates to outdoor living include a large screened porch with a fireplace, skylights and summer kitchen for a great entertaining space.

  1. Really like the plan – especially the dining room at the back of the house. Would love an added hearth/keeping room off the dining room.

  2. Don, you are the very best. Love the plan. Can the two rear bedrooms be combined to create a second master suite? I am really in need of an in-law suite on the main level. Same question for the Foxglove which is the best looking rendering ever.

  3. #1325, the great room has a coffered ceiling. Is it possible to change this to a cathedral or at least a vaulted ceiling? If this is not possible, do you have a very similar plan, which would have this feature. I’m searching for one with a cathedral ceiling which would run from the front to the back of the house. Thanks!

  4. I have been curious about something for awhile. Why is it that most of the secondary bedroom closets I have seen only have an L shaped hanging configuration and not a U shape to accommodate more hanging space? I am very interested in the Flagler house plan. I would like to know if it would be possible to add an extra storage area next to the garage that heat/ac could be plumbed into it? I have quite a lot of personal items that I would not want to get ruined in this Florida heat and humidity. Also, would it be possible to add a half bath to the bonus room upstairs and square off the breakfast and sitting area in the master bedroom? Thanks for your help!

  5. I like this plan and it’s close to what I am looking for. However, for a lake plan, I would be better if the bedroom on the back have a window for the lake view instead of a closet. Hopefully, this will be an option. Donald Gardner is definitely my top pick. I just have the find the perfect plan.

    1. Hi Vernon, our bonus rooms do not typically include a bathroom. You can request a bathroom addition to any bonus room through our modification process. We will offer a standard underground basement alternative when this plan is released (for an additional charge) and you can request modifications to make it a walkout basement if you prefer.
