If your lot has a narrow width restriction, this two-story traditional home design is the perfect solution. With a front entry garage, the drive way approaches the home straight-on and the total width is only 40 feet. Arched garage doors provide a decorative element along with twin dormers facing the sides, a columned entry, and an exposed stone chimney.

This design doesn’t waste any space, with a foyer that opens directly into the spacious, vaulted great room with fireplace. The open dining room is set apart by columns and a tray ceiling. A kitchen peninsula overlooks the living spaces and an island and pantry are valuable additions. A porch opens to the rear, alongside the home office.

All of the bedrooms are upstairs and a balcony overlooks the great room below. The utility room is located upstairs as well, so laundry doesn’t need to be carted up and down the stairs. The master bedrooms enjoy wide dormer windows on each side and dual walk-in closets. The master bathroom contains a double-sink vanity, walk-in shower, and soaking tub. Two additional bedroom each have a walk-in closet and share a bathroom with additional storage nearby.
