3062 sq ft, 4 beds, 3 baths

This Craftsman exterior is highlighted with multiple front-facing gables and accented by arched windows. Front porch arches mirror the windows and columns provide definition.

The front porch leads into a spacious foyer with coat closet and nearby, the study offers a full closet and adjacent bathroom. The two-story great room welcomes rear views and a fireplace and built-ins are instantly welcoming. A coffered ceiling tops the dining room and a column creates distinction from the open kitchen. A central island with sink simplifies meal prep and an over-sized walk-in pantry is just steps away. A multi-functional utility room and mudroom, with seating area and storage closet, provide much needed organization for busy households. After gardening or yard work, a side entry porch allows entry directly to the mudroom for easy cleanup. Completing the first floor is an opulent master suite with sitting room, dual walk-in closets, and a luxury bathroom. Rear porches, including a screened porch with fireplace and summer kitchen, bring the joy of indoor entertaining to the outdoors. Two sets of stairs provide access to the second floor. The open great room is visible from the balcony above offering a loft with desk and built-in shelves. Two bedrooms share a bath and a bonus room provides space for future expansion.

Conceptual Home Design 1410 is a two-story interpretation of our popular home plan, The Markham #1299. A Craftsman exterior is highlighted with multiple front-facing gables, accented with arched windows and timber wood details. Front porch arches mirror the windows and columns provide definition. A metal roof breaks up the textured exterior of stone and cedar shakes.

A front porch leads into a spacious foyer with coat closet and nearby, the study features a full closet and adjacent bathroom. Upon entering the great room, notice the two-story ceiling accented with beams and partial sloping toward rear windows.  A fireplace and built-ins create an instant feeling of being at home.

Decorative beams continue into the dining room and columns allow distinction from the open kitchen. A central island with sink simplifies meal prep and an over-sized walk-in pantry is just steps away for every kitchen storage need. A multi-functional utility room and mudroom, with seating area and storage closet, provide much needed organization to busy families. After gardening or yard work, a side entry porch allows entry directly to the mudroom for easy cleanup.

Completing the first floor is an opulent master suite with sitting room, dual walk-in closets, double vanities, a walk-in shower, soaking bathtub and private toilet.

Rear porches, including a screened porch with fireplace and summer kitchen, bring the joy of indoor entertaining to the outdoors.  The three-car garage provides extra storage.

I am thinking of that space above the great room in the upper floor…could it be turned into an enclosed but open sitting area?

Love this plan too! Would there be any way to incorporate the large bar/island that is in the kitchen in the Chesnee plan into THIS plan? Still keep the small island in the kitchen but add the large island to it too?

Like it as a whole –
    1) any special reason the front left corner (master shower) is not just squared off? additional construction costs…..
    2) I assume there is storage under the front stairs accessible from the study.
    3) Love the kitchen! would switch the stove and sink – so the “food prep” needs are closer and the clean-up and dish storage are separate.
    4) Why a separate storage closet in front of the pantry?
    5) LOVE the utility and mudroom…. and back porch door for muddy dogs, etc.
    6) Like two stairways – one for storage access stuff only.
    7) how about a pool bath next to the utility room? and outdoor shower?
    8) since we are in Florida, we want more slider walls for the great room and dining and master – consider doing a “Florida” version?
    9) We are seriously looking for a plan – but require to see 3D versions of the interior – I cannot pick my next house just based on a floor plan!

Hi Bobbie, Our designers plan the footprint of the home with many factors in mind: aesthetics and room proportions play roles in these decisions. The design can definitely be modified to your preferences if you would like to eliminate corners. We do not indicate storage under the stairs in this floor plan, but it may be considered in the final design.
Again, the storage closet would be the designer choice. Some homeowners may find it helpful for organization to have a separate storage closet but you could choose to enlarge the pantry if that works better for you.
If you do custom modifications, our designer can customize the home to your liking.
3D rendering are not a service that our company provides. Our customer service team would be happy to assist with any questions that you have about the design if you would like to discuss the details to help you visualize the interior. 1-800-388-7580
