A larger front porch has been added and the rear porch is rearranged with the dining room to create more usable outdoor living. The master bedroom is deeper, making it more functional. The foyer has been moved back to be flush with the garage and the stairs, powder room, pantry, and utility/mud room are rearranged a bit to accommodate this shift.

This Craftsman, two-story house plan enjoys an inviting arched entry that is framed in columns. A two-car, front-entry garage works well for a narrower lot and decorative garage doors add to the home’s curb-appeal. Vertical siding and stone accents the cedar shake exterior.

The great room is cozy with a coffered ceiling and fireplace. A single dining area is spacious enough for family gathers and while open, maintains distinct space with columns and a tray ceiling. The kitchen features and angled island and just steps away is a storage pantry. An over-sized utility room also serves as a mud room for clean-up before entering the home.

The expansive downstairs master suite features a tray ceiling and a bay window provides rear views. The master bathroom enjoys a dual-sink vanity, soaking bathtub, and walk-in shower. A study/bedroom with full bathroom, powder room, and plenty of storage completes the first floor.

Upstairs, a full bathroom is shared between two bedrooms, each enjoying a walk-in closet. A massive bonus room awaits the homeowners needs.

    1. Hi Dan, we do not currently have a scheduled date for this plan to be released because we have other designs in front of it on our schedule. If you would like to order this plan, we will move it up on our schedule. Contact our customer service team to find out when it could be ready – 1-800-388-7580 or info@dongardner.com.

  1. I really love all aspects of this plan. It’d be nice to have more counter space in the kitchen, with an island maybe. The only other thing that I would like to see is having some kind of access to under the stairs in the foyer. Maybe a closet instead of the shelves and accessed thru the garage and expand the coat closet down the foyer wall. Just a thought.

  2. This is a great plan, and I like the elevation as well. It would work well for a family, or a family in transition to the empty nest. I’m pretty picky about what I like – and I wouldn’t change a thing about this plan.
