Love the concept. Like in a previous comment would make the master side a complete wing thereby losing a bathroom. Making the bedrooms on the right have a connecting bath would make that side less crowded. Could make the storage area behind the kitchen a powder room. Makes one less bedroom and one less bath but more useable. Would also slide the library to the left now that the wall does not have a door. Love the basic idea and the open common area.

Love this plan, open floor plan and all the awesome storage. It is perfect for us and our teenager. The only changes we would make would be turning the bedroom/study into a large dressing room therefore making an complete master wing and then changing the storage area by the kitchen into a powder room. We are about soon to be empty nesters at 45 so this is perfect. We are building this fall. When will this be available? Also I found this plan searching pinterest for similar layouts.

I love this design. The only thing I wish is that the bedrooms on the right were a touch bigger. I’ve been looking for a plan that would serve as a multigenerational home so as my parents age, they could live with us and this may be it!

I love this plan! I would turn the storage closet into a half bath like others have suggested. I would also like to have the screened porch be a hearth/keeping room. I would make the guest bed/study at least 12×13-14. I really appreciate how the garage entrance to the house does not share the same hall as the bedrooms. The outside is gorgeous too. I just might build this one!

This plan is almost perfect..interested to see if the bedrooms could be configured with a jack and Jill bath, and the storage closet by the kitchen changed to a powder bath for easy access to the back yard.

I always have a problem when there is no easy access to a bathroom/powder room from the garage/shop area. This house would require a trip through the kitchen and/or great room hallway for someone with dirty hands and feet etc.
Love all of the special spaces .. library, studio, laundry etc.

Great basic layout. My suggestion would be to make Dining room, master bedroom, master closets and study larger. So many folks work from home and have needs for professional office …this area should be larger. I definitely appreciate what appears to be raised ceiling in this room. The oversized 2 car garage with extra workspace is a must. If the Dining room could have one more foot added that would go a long way. Love only one dining area. Screened porch …perfect location, size, and fireplace. Many times a screened porch makes other areas of home dark..but not here. Kitchen and great room certainly adequate in size. Very livable space.
