Part 3 – Creating a Home Plan Rendering:
Here, I have begun to add color. I usually start with the sky because it immediately gives a 3D look. I have switched from my library of hardline black/white brushes to my color/painting brushes.
The Wheeler Plan 1404 is small cottage, packed with useful spaces!
The Wheeler – 1404: An efficient, open floor plan and roomy service areas highlight this charming Craftsman cottage. A large master suite is secluded at the rear, and a pantry and e-space are tucked into the passages connecting the garage and huge utility room to the kitchen area. Family and formal living areas combine for a comfortable house plan that is great for entertaining. The elegant formal dining room is set off by dual columns leading to the windowed great room. This one-story Craftsman design, split bedroom house plan offers everything today’s families need without wasted space. The Carrollton’s stone and siding facade brings classic traditional style to any neighborhood. Inside, the kitchen, dining room and great room are wide open, creating a feeling of spaciousness. Angled columns in the dining room and an angled kitchen counter add visual interest to the space. In the great room, a cathedral ceiling adds even more volume.
