House Plan on the Drawing Board - Plan #1348
Conceptual Plan- 1348

Here's another conceptual plan! Please take a few minutes to give us your feedback!

Conceptual Design #1348 has the same country home feel as both the Northwyke Plan #759 and Conceptual Design #1315, with convenient updates. The laundry room is easily accessed by all three bedrooms, while a mud room lies just off the kitchen on the way to the garage. The kitchen sits toward the front of the home, but is positioned to enjoy rear views from the great room and single dining room. A walk-in pantry has been added and a powder room sits nearby. Both the great room and master bedroom access a screened porch with sky lights, and sun tunnels bring natural light into the laundry room, bathroom, and master bedroom closet.

This a conceptual plan that we've posted in order to get comments and feedback from our customers. Please take a few moments to tell us what you think!

I like the elevation and the floor plan, however I would never build a house of this size, and for this price point, without his and hers separate walk in closets. It’s my most common beef. I waste time trying to make adjustments to accommodate my need for two closets.

I love this layout; the only small thing I would change is, enclose that breezeway so the garage door entry, stair entry and mudroom entry are all within an enclosed space with sliding doors or atrium doors. It will make the above garage space much more easily accessible and usable not having to battle wind, rain, snow, ice to get from here to there. It may not seem like much, but our present breezeway would be much more user friendly if it was; we have considered enclosing it.
