Here's another conceptual plan! Please take a few minutes to give us your feedback!

Conceptual Design #1338 is an adaptation of the Solstice Springs Plan #5011 and Conceptual Design #1320. By removing angles to the garage, dining room, screened porch, stairs, mud room, and utility room, this hillside walkout plan will fit on narrower lots while maintaining just over 2900 square feet of living space. The single dining space accesses a screen porch with summer kitchen, while a lower level of porches and patios expands the outdoor living.
