Here's another one of our conceptual plans!
Conceptual Plan 1321 is a derivative of our popular, family-friendly design #1157. The exquisite craftsman exterior remains, while a shortened entry-way, a slightly smaller master bath and combined dining areas reduce the overall square footage slightly. The dining room off the entry has been eliminated and combined with the breakfast area off the kitchen in the back of the house and now offering a rear view. The plan has kept its abundance of storage spaces, which now include a large coat closet in the entry, a coat closet in the hallway off the garage, more storage in the enlarged utility room and a large walk-in pantry off the kitchen. The many outdoor living spaces remain offering multiple options for entertaining. Dual porches on the rear of the house; one off the grand kitchen and one off the luxurious master bedroom, both access the large and open great room at the heart of the plan. Finally, new patio space brings it all together for even more entertaining options.

House Plan on the Drawing Board - Plan #1326

Here's another one of our conceptual plans!
Conceptual design #1326 is an update to our design #1302 and a derivative of our plan #1254. This design keeps all the amenities and most of the front exterior of 1302, but in a smaller floorplan that is under 2,000 square feet of heated living space. This plan is one-level with two bedrooms and an optional third bedroom/study. The closet sizes in the bedrooms have been increased, and now include a walk-in closet in the second bedroom. Linen closets have been added in the master and secondary bathroom as well as a larger pantry off the kitchen and additional storage in the utility room and the garage. A side entry door was also added to the utility room.

Here's another one of our conceptual plans!
Conceptual Plan 1327 is an update to our design #981 incorporating popular suggestions from our House Plans on the Drawing Board site. The dining areas were combined to one that is open to the great room and the kitchen. A screened porch was added including skylights and a summer kitchen. The master bedroom and secondary bedroom sizes have been increased and now the master has matching his-and-hers walk-in closets. A mud room was added off the garage with a large pantry just outside the kitchen and is adjacent to the large multi-functional utility room. A side entry door was also added to the garage.

Here's another one of our conceptual plans!
Conceptual design #1287 is an update to our design #967-A incorporating some frequent requests from customers, but keeping the craftsman exterior. The dining areas were combined to one that is open to the great room and the kitchen and leads to a screened porch that is deeper and opens to a large porch off the great room. A large walk-in pantry was added off the kitchen, which includes an e-space. The utility room has moved from off the garage to the rear of the house and a side entry door was also added to the garage.

Conceptual Plan - 1284
Our customers love our Sorvino plan, but we wanted to offer a version with some variations on the floor plan. Rather than separate dining and breakfast rooms, the Champlain has a single dining area off the kitchen. And we’ve added a luxurious screen porch with fireplace accessed from that dining area. Eliminating the second eating area allowed us to add a roomy pantry, a powder room, and a dedicated e-space to the utility zone between kitchen and garage.
