Okay, so you have officially done it. You have created the house plan that would make everybody in my household happy. A walk-in pantry so ten cupboards do not need to be opened to find the spaghetti sauce, private sinks off each bedroom so the teens won’t argue over the sink, a screened porch that allows the mutt a full few of the entire backyard, a separate master bedroom to keep the hubby happy, a master fireplace and sitting area to allow me to feel like the queen I am, a mud room so that I don’t have to trip over backpacks, one large dining area (who on earth needs two?), an out of the way laundry room oriented the proper way so that I am not pinned against a wall when opening a drier, an office to collect he hubby’s "important" clutter, and a bonus room so far away from the adult living quarters that I will never be subjected to the lovely sounds effects of Call of Duty again. Bravo.

Great looking plan with a lot to offer for a home under 2500 SF. I like how the eating room juts out yet the kitchen also has direct access to the back grilling area of the house. Very nice treatment for the master bedroom area as well with nice look to the master bath area!

Love it. This is a plan I would buy. I am trying to find a plan to very similar but also less than 2000 sf. The shared fireplace, master bath and kitchen / dining room layout came from my dreams!
