I love the changes you made to the Newcastle in this plan 1311. We loved the Newcastle but were looking for something a little more open, this is perfect for that! Please get to approving asap!

Almost the perfect plans for me. The Master bedroom needs to be slightly larger. Not sure what pt is off master bath. Rest of the house is perfect. Would like to see detached garage plan also.
