Love the open dining room and great room to the kitchen. Great for entertaining from a modest size home. It makes so much more sense for one large dining room vs. a small breakfast area and small dining room - both which wind up being too small and not usable. As a Realtor I get this complaint quite often and there are not many homes that address - this is practical and aesthetically pleasing. The oversize garage is sure to be a winner! Can’t wait to see more on this one!

There are many features I love about this plan. I would like to see the rear view of many of these homes. Is that possible?

when do you expect this plan to be ready for purchase? I also have a few modifications I would like to suggest, but I love the plan.

Your plans are the BEST! They have so much character and truly say "HOME". I’m looking for our retirement home plan to be built on an acre. This is a great plan and would fit within our square foot range of under 2500. Love the one large dining area and open design. It would be so nice if the master bath could have some sort of linen closet or cabinet(in addition to a cabinet in water closet). A larger utility would be awesome if it didn’t add too much sq. footage. I’d also like to see more 3 car garages; a 3rd bay would work so well for our lawn equipment and is much more attractive than a backyard storage building. Keep up the good work!!
