design a one level 12 to 15k sq ft designed for retired to fit on narrow lots. In cape may county nj lots are 40x100,50x100 and 75x100. Good retirement area on the coast.

Smaller homes are difficult to find plans for. It seems that they loose their style when they become smaller (under 1400 sq.ft.) We are a Canadian builder of small affordable quality homes which we believe are enticing those who have an active, healthy lifestyle but are downsizing. We have been building our homes from 1050 sq.ft.main floor living space to 1300 sq.ft. with full unfinished basements so they are adaptable for what the buyer needs. They are on large rural lots but close to a main town. I hope the architects start to design more of these small space saving homes and put a little pizzazz in them. We have been using small house plans and then modifying them to suit.
